Shipping Policies:

Orders under $100 will be charged $7.95 flat rate for shipping.

Currently we only ship to domestic US addresses and do not process international orders.

All orders will ship via standard ground shipping which typically takes 5-7 days. Orders generally require two to three days handling time to ship. Also note that as we source products from different suppliers, products may arrive separately.

Notification will be sent via e-mail when orders ship or with a status update if handling time is expected to exceed three days.

Some products may require custom building before they can ship. Product descriptions for custom built products will include estimated handling time if it exceeds the standard two to three days.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Policies:

Products may be returned within 30 days if they are still in saleable condition and have all original accompanying accessories and/or manuals. Return authorization must be requested before returning an item or it will not be accepted and returned at your expense.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, if the order has not already been processed.

A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on returned chairs and desks. A 15% restocking fee applies to all other products.

Returns and refunds will be handled under the following guidelines.

Wrong Product Shipped:

Correct product will be mailed to you at no additional cost. We pay return shipping, new item ships upon confirmation of receipt of originally shipped product and all included accessories or manuals.

All Other Returns and Exchanges:

Purchase price less original shipping charges and restocking fee will be refunded.

Items may only be exchanged for the same item, and only in the event that they are defective or the wrong product was shipped. Requests for different items will be treated as new orders and appropriate shipping charges will apply.
